1 Assessing skills
Each candidate is required to take two tests and complete a test order. The first test evaluates their understanding of a specific academic field, while the second one measures their command of the English language. Candidates who achieve high scores on both tests and succeed with the test order proceed to the next stage of our hiring process.
2 Online conversation
We conduct online interviews with candidates who successfully complete the tests. These interviews help us determine the accuracy of the skills presented in their resumes. We are looking for dynamic individuals with qualities such as friendliness, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
3 Trial period
Upon successful completion of the interviews, candidates are welcomed to our team and begin their journey under the guidance of our managers. This gives them an opportunity to put their skills into practice. After consistently delivering results for one month, they are officially welcomed to the team.

Absolutely NOT. We value human expertise above all. Any attempt by our experts to use AI tools will result in immediate termination.

Why should I pay in advance?
We operate on a pre-pay model; your upfront payment serves as a deposit and remains in your balance until the task is completed. Your expert is compensated only after you have reviewed and approved the completed order.
How do I know when my order is completed?
You will receive an email notification and a phone notification (if a phone number was provided) when your order is completed. You can then review and download it in doc/docs/ppt/pptx/csv or any other format specified in the order requirements.
